Robert A. DeLuca, R. Ph.

President, Orexo US, Inc.

Robert DeLuca joined Orexo US, Inc. as President in May 2013. During his nine-year tenure, he has led the U.S. company from its inception and is responsible for commercializing Orexo’s first product, Zubsolv, in the opioid use disorder treatment category. He has more than 30 years of industry experience at several multinational pharmaceutical companies and brings to OREXO a demonstrated track record of success in the pharmaceutical industry. He has extensive executive leadership experience with a combined background in global commercial operations, marketing, market access and sales. Additionally, he is considered a commercial leader especially in the Market Access and Value-based disciplines. He has progressed through senior roles of increasing responsibility at Schering Plough, Berlex, Pharmacia and Sanofi.

Mr. DeLuca is a New Jersey licensed pharmacist and graduated from St. John’s University in New York City. He practiced retail pharmacy for three years post licensure prior to entering the corporate arena. He is a co-chair of the PheoPara Coalition Gala for the past 10 years and has memberships in the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) and the American Pharmacists Association.

Greta Au

SVP Finance & Administration

Greta Au is Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration and a member of the Orexo US leadership executive management team as well as the Orexo Global Management Team. She is responsible for US financial reporting and accounting operations, planning and analysis, analytics and general administration including Human Resources and IT. Ms. Au joined Orexo in August 2013, bringing more than 30 years of broad financial experience in audit, forecasting & planning, controllership, and taxation in both pharmaceutical and other industries. Previously, Ms. Au held progressive leadership roles at Actavis and Watson in finance and corporate planning.

Ms. Au graduated from New York University with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Economics. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Edward Kim, MD

Chief Medical Officer

Edward Kim joined Orexo US, Inc. in October 2022 as Chief Medical Officer. He has over 17 years of industry experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Eisai, Novartis, and Johnson and Johnson, with expertise in medical affairs, drug development, regulatory strategy, and health economics across a variety of therapeutic areas. He most recently served as Vice President and Head of Medical Affairs at Biohaven Pharmaceuticals until its acquisition by Pfizer.

Dr. Kim is a psychiatrist by training and practiced for over 13 years in academic, hospital, and public sector settings as a clinician, educator, researcher, and health system administrator. He has authored over 100 peer-reviewed manuscripts and book chapters. Dr. Kim graduated from Harvard College, earned his MD from Sidney Kimmel Medical College Thomas Jefferson University, and received his MBA from the Isenberg School of Management, University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Lisa M. Moore, MBA, BSEE

Senior Vice President, Marketing

Lisa Moore joined Orexo US, Inc. in May 2024 as Senior Vice President, Marketing. She brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, delivering life-enhancing therapies from development to commercialization for patients in need. Prior to joining Orexo, she served as Vice President, Global Commercial Strategy for Emergent, where she defined and executed near and long-term commercial strategic priorities for in-market and pipeline development assets in the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Opioid Overdose Rescue CNS product portfolio. During her tenure, she also contributed to the company’s growth and diversification through leading commercial valuation and due diligence in multiple corporate acquisition opportunities. Ms. Moore also held leadership roles in Marketing at MedImmune and was a Principal at Covance Health Economics and Outcomes Services. She also held senior US and Global Marketing roles at Baxter Healthcare’s Renal Division and was a Regional Business Director and a Director of Customer Marketing and Business Analysis at Parke-Davis. She began her pharmaceutical career as a Hospital Sales Representative at Merck.

Ms. Moore holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering, with highest distinction, from Purdue University.

Rich Murphy

Senior Vice President, Market Access & Government Affairs

Rich Murphy joined Orexo US, Inc. in August 2013. He is the Senior Vice President, Market Access & Government Affairs. He has more than 30 years of industry experience at several multinational pharmaceutical companies and brings to Orexo a demonstrated track record of success in the pharmaceutical industry with a combined background in market access, marketing, sales, sales leadership, and commercial operations. Prior to Orexo, he has progressed through senior roles of increasing responsibility at Bayer, Schering Plough, Merck, AMAG, and Archimedes Pharmaceuticals.

Mr. Murphy graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing.

Barry Rogers

Vice President, Sales and Training

Barry Rogers is the Vice President of Sales and Training at Orexo US, Inc. Barry has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry having worked for Sanofi, Actelion, and Bayer over the last 34 years. His expertise includes sales, sales training, talent management, product launches and leadership development. Most recently he was the Global Learning Innovations Lead at Bayer.

Barry has an undergraduate degree in Medical Technology from Eastern Illinois University and a master’s degree in Education from Maryville University.

Craig Safran

Senior Vice President, Digital Mental Health Products

Craig Safran joined Orexo US, Inc. in June 2013. During his tenure at Orexo, he has been responsible for sales leadership, commercial operations, and trade and distribution. In his current role, Craig leads the Digital Mental Health Products initiative. He has 30+ years of industry experience at several global pharmaceutical and consumer goods/OTC companies.

Craig received a BS from the City University of New York, Queens College and an MBA from St. John’s University, Tobin School of Business.
